Overview
The Welch Allyn Connex Spot Monitor (73CT-B) is a compact spot-check vital signs monitor for adult, pediatric and neonatal patients. This configuration measures blood pressure (SureBP), SpO2 (Nellcor) and temperature (SureTemp Plus). This configuration adds Bluetooth connectivity for sending readings onward, subject to your facility's connectivity setup.
Key Features
- SureBP non-invasive blood pressure: a typical reading takes about 20 seconds (150 seconds max), keeping spot checks quick.
- Nellcor pulse oximetry, 1–100% range, accuracy ±3 digits.
- SureTemp Plus thermometry for oral (about 4–6 s), rectal (about 10 s) or axillary (about 10–15 s) readings.
- Color touchscreen in a 2.9 lb (1.3 kg) housing that moves easily between rooms or mounts on a stand or wall.
- Integrated lithium-ion battery runs up to 12 hours and recharges in 4 hours, so the monitor can work away from an outlet.
