Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping costs: calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Some items, such as ConMed products, ship free.

Freight items: large equipment, such as exam tables, sterilizers and stress-test systems, may ship by freight. Freight is quoted separately when checkout can't offer a rate.

Lead times: many items ship directly from the manufacturer, and lead times vary by product. Contact us to confirm the current lead time before ordering.

Tracking: you'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Damaged deliveries: inspect your shipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Then contact us within 5 business days at (800) 575-2375 or info@thehospitalequipmentco.com.
