Welch Allyn Connex Spot Monitor Configurations Compared
Every Welch Allyn Connex Spot Monitor configuration measures blood pressure (SureBP). The part number tells you the rest: the first two digits are connectivity, the third letter is the SpO2 technology and the fourth is the thermometer.
1. Connectivity
- 71 — Base: no wireless connectivity.
- 73 — Bluetooth: Bluetooth connectivity.
- 74 — Wi-Fi upgradeable: ships ready to add Wi-Fi later.
- 75 — Wi-Fi: integrated Wi-Fi.
2. SpO2 technology
Match the SpO2 technology to the sensors your facility already stocks: Nonin (W), Nellcor (C), Masimo (M), or Masimo with RRp acoustic respiration rate (R). X means no SpO2.
3. Thermometer
SureTemp Plus (T) is an oral/axillary/rectal probe thermometer; Braun ThermoScan PRO 6000 (E) is an ear thermometer. X means no thermometer.
