Terms of service
1. Who we are. This website is operated by The Hospital Equipment Company, LLC, 1230 Rosecrans Avenue, Suite 300, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. Phone (800) 575-2375. Email info@thehospitalequipmentco.com.
2. Products and intended use. We sell medical equipment, parts and supplies to healthcare facilities, clinicians and businesses. Some products are intended for use only by or on the order of a licensed healthcare professional. You are responsible for making sure that you may lawfully buy and use what you order.
3. Pricing. Prices on this site are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Website prices are not contract prices. Contract or GPO pricing (for example Vizient or Provista) is provided through a quote after we verify your facility's eligibility. We correct pricing or description errors when we find them. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before it ships, and you may cancel.
4. Orders and quotes. An order is accepted when it ships or when we confirm it in writing. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is discontinued or a price was listed in error. In that case, any payment is refunded. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Purchase orders can be sent to orders@thehospitalequipmentco.com.
5. Payment. Payment is due at checkout unless we have agreed to purchase-order terms in writing.
6. Shipping and delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout or quoted separately for freight items, as described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect deliveries and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
7. Returns. Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
8. Warranty. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty only. We make no additional warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
