Are the prices on the website contract prices?
No. Prices shown on the website are standard pricing. To get your facility's contract pricing, request a quote.
How do we get our contract pricing?
Request a quote using your work email and facility name (for example, jane.doe@yourhospital.org). That lets us identify your organization and apply the pricing on your contract.
Which products qualify?
It depends on your contract and the manufacturer. We confirm contract eligibility and pricing for every item on your quote.
How do we place an order?
Once you approve the quote, send your purchase order to orders@thehospitalequipmentco.com.
Setting us up as a vendor
We will provide our W-9 and complete your supplier registration forms. Our federal UEID, CAGE code and certifications are listed on our About Us page.
How quickly will we hear back?
