Upholstery top for the Midmark 626 Barrier-Free Examination Chair. The 626 ships without a top, so one must be ordered with every chair.
Choose your width and type
- 28" Standard – non-heated, 28" W x 60" L (002-2000 / UltraFree 002-2004)
- 32" Standard – non-heated, 32" W x 60" L (002-2002 / UltraFree 002-2015)
- 28" Heated – for heated-upholstery configurations #626-002, #626-004, #626-006 (002-2006 / UltraFree 002-2011)
- 32" Heated – for heated-upholstery configurations #626-002, #626-004, #626-006 (002-10201 / UltraFree 002-10203)
Heated tops have two settings: Low 95°F / High 102°F. If you choose a 32" top and plan to add patient support rails, you'll also need the Receiver Extension (9A582001).
