Which to choose

  • Midmark 626 for heavier patients (650 lb), the lowest transfer height (15.5"), weighing patients in the chair (IQscale configurations), wireless controls or a heated top.
  • Ritter 229 when 500 lb and a 17" low height are enough and staff want a powered back to sit patients up without lifting.
  • Ritter 228 as the value option for accessible exam rooms. Choose 228-002 or -003 if you need stirrups, pelvic tilt, receptacles or a heated drawer; 228-001 does not include them.

Specifications are from Midmark's published product pages, brochures and user guides. Configurations, upholstery and accessories vary; request a quote and we'll confirm exactly what is included before you order.
