The ConMed 138004 is a reusable Hyfrecator® needle electrode with a 5/8 in needle and 2 in overall length, for office electrosurgery and dermatology procedures. It is supplied 5 per pack.

Compatibility and Accessories
- Inserts into the active end of Hyfrecator® pencils: Hyfrecator® 2000 hand control pencil (7-900-5) or Hyfrecator® foot control pencil (7-900-6).
- For use with the ConMed Hyfrecator® 2000 electrosurgical unit.

- Do not cold sterilize; ConMed advises against cold sterilizing surgical electrodes because of possible corrosion (per operator's manual).
