The Welch Allyn 6000-916HS is an HS-1M high-performance 2D barcode scanner with a coiled USB cord for Welch Allyn Connex Vital Signs Monitors and Connex Integrated Wall Systems. It reads patient and clinician barcodes at the point of care so vitals go to the right record without typing.
