Overview
The Edan iM8 is a 12.1" bedside patient monitor for basic to mid-acuity monitoring. Every configuration includes 3/5-lead ECG, respiration, NIBP, Edan SpO2 and two temperature channels. The four configurations differ only in whether a G2 sidestream CO2 module and a thermal printer are factory-installed. Compare the iM8 with the iM3, iM60 and iM70.

What requires a separate purchase
- CO2 on iM8 / iM8.P: these units have an open CO2 port only. CO2 monitoring requires a CO2 module, quoted separately, or choose an iM8-G2 configuration.
- IBP: the iM8 has dual IBP slots. IBP cables and transducers are not included in any configuration; add them to your quote.
- Mounting: rolling stand and wall mount (iM.WM) are sold separately.
Not available on the iM8
- Wi-Fi: not offered on the iM8, per Edan. If you need wireless connectivity, see the iM60 or iM70 Wi-Fi configurations.
- Touchscreen: not available on the iM8. Touchscreen is offered on the iM60 and the iM70 Touch configurations.
