Upholstery top for the Midmark 631 Procedure Chair. The 631 ships without a top, so one must be ordered with every chair.
Choose your width
- 28" Wide – standard width (002-10609 / UltraFree 002-10610)
- 32" Wide – wide top for larger patients (002-10611 / UltraFree 002-10612). Patient Support Rails on a 32" top also need the Receiver Extension (9A582001).
Chair arms and headrests are color-matched to the top. Order them in the same color.
